El Refugio
Statkraft is developing the 125 MWp El Refugio photovoltaic plant in the province of Toledo.
Currently, it has a permit for access to the Transmission Network at the Villaviciosa 220kV substation, granted by Red Electrica de España (REE) and is in the public information period. Works are scheduled to start in the first half of 2024.
